Kate Kuehn is a responder for Crisis Services Canada. She provides support for individuals in distress, crisis or those who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts. Her powerful story demonstrates the importance of empathy and human connection. This film was shown at Genesys' premiere customer event. When Kate came out on stage afterward, she received a standing ovation from the audience of 2,000 customers, partners and employees.
